1.*  I will arrive at your event in time to be moved in and in place before your guests arrive. Normally that is two to three hours prior to the start of your event for setup and sound check. Please understand that Professional Sound Gear and Lighting Equipment require more than one hour to setup. If you are talking to a DJ that can do it in less time "Buyer Be Wear."

2.*  I will always be clean and dressed appropriately. I understand that this should go without saying but today you just never know.

3.*  Other than an emergency situation, I will not sublet your event to another DJ Service. I believe that your event deserves my full attention.

4.*  I will return all of your calls and E-mails in a timely manor. Making it easy to work with me is one of my main goals.

5.*  I will follow your Event Planner and Time Line as closely as possible. Your event deserves a true professional DJ / Emcee to keep things going smoothly and on time.

6.*  I will not take breaks or walk away from my equipment beyond what is necessary.

7.*  I will have backup sound equipment in case of a malfunction. (backup equipment does not apply to video equipment, projector, video player, etc).

8.* I will always do my best to cater to your requests and needs.

9.*  I will not intensionally do or say anything that is obviously inappropriate or insulating to you or any of your guests.

10.* Classic Party Tunes understands that problems sometimes occur unexpectedly. I will happily move your booking date, if the new date is available. A.) Cancellation of an event: All cancellation of an event notices must be in writing. If the event date is more than 90 days away from the written cancellation notice Classic Party Tunes will refund any deposit 100%. B.) If cancellation of the event is within 90 days of the event date, your deposit will be refunded if Classic Party Tunes can find and book a new event in place of your canceled date.
