1. Do You Have A Guarantee? 
    A Quality DJ / Emcee Service should provide quality assurance to there clients. They should guarantee professional service in writing. 2. Do You Have Insurance?
    Classic Party Tunes has insurance and will be happy to provide an insurance certificate. Many locations are beginning to require proof of liability. Ask for proof of liability insurance. Disc Jockeys receive a Certificate of Liability which can be used as proof.

3. What If Something Changes or I Have A Problem? 
    Classic Party Tunes understands that problems sometimes occur unexpectedly. I will happily move your booking date, if the new date is available. Cancellation of a booked event: If an event date is more than 90 days away for the written cancellation notice to Classic Party Tunes. Your deposit will be 100% refunded. If cancellation is within 90 days of your event, your deposit will be refunded if Classic Party Tunes can book a new event for your canceled date.

4. How Much Of A Deposit Do I Need To Reserve My Date and How Can I Make A Deposit?
   You can reserve your event date in a number of ways with Classic Party Tunes.
         1. You can click on the Secure Payment Link at the bottom of my home page and make a $100.00 retainer / payment with PayPal. (You will get an immediate E-mail receipt for your payment.)
         2. You can send a check to: Joe Farro / Classic Party Tunes, 9332 Northlake Parkway #101, Orlando, Florida 32827 (Please call or e-mail me before mailing payment, so that I can reserve and hold your event date for you.)

At that time I will be happy to send you an entertaiment agreement with your event date, time and place.

5. Can I Get A Contract For My Event Date?
    Classic Party Tunes will be happy to provide you with a entertainment agreement outlining all of your event information. It is extremely important to have your entertainment confirmed in writing. Always ask for a written agreement, especially if you are paying an initial retainer. Some D.J's and entertainment company's require as much as 50% down payment for entertainment services. If you are expecting a specific entertainer, make sure you get it in writing as well.

6. Who Will Be My D.J.?
    My name is Joe Farro, I am the owner and the D.J. Unlike other D.J. services, I will never sublet or entrust your event to anyone else. 


7. Will You Be Suitably Dressed For My Event/Occasion?
    It is my policy to always talk with each customer and dress appropriately for each event. My formal wear and casual apparel are cleaned after each event. Other entertainment companies may or may not have this policy. You should always specify the type of apparel that your Disc Jockey is expected to wear for your occasion.


8. Why Are There So Many Different DJ/Emcee Prices?
    Disc Jockey rates vary based on talent, experience, emcee ability, service, coordination, equipment investment, music knowledge, personality and more. Rates for the DJ industry vary greatly, ranging from $350.00 to $3,500.00 with an average of $1,200.00 for a 4 hour booking. The best price is not always the best deal, especially if you are planning a wedding. A full-service disc jockey company will normally invest 12 to 30 hours to your special event but it may appear that you are only paying for "4 hours". Consultations, music purchasing & editing, preparation, set-up and tear-down, education and other business related endeavors add up to the overall success of your special occasion.

9. How Much Time Do You Allow For Set-Up?
   Punctuality is a necessity. Classic Party Tunes arrives Two to Three hours prior to the start time you've given. It takes time to setup professional equipment and lighting, run wires cleanly put away cases and then get dressed for the event. My equipment will be setup, in-place, sound tested and ready to go, before your first guest walks through the door. If you are talking with a DJ service that can be setup in less time, there setup will most likely look like it.   

10. Do You Use Professional Equipment?
     Classic Party Tunes only uses professional high quality components that are neatly installed in clean, attractive cases. Ask whether your prospective Disc Jockey works with professional audio equipment. If you are not sure, ask for their equipment list and check with a local music dealer to verify they are using professional-grade sound gear. Remember that professional gear does not guarantee an entertainers talent or service level, but is simply a tool for building an exceptional event.
